Surrounded by glaciers, lush green meadows, and towering mountain peaks, Grindelwald offers some of the most iconic scenery in Switzerland. Take some time to explore the village, capture breathtaking photos, and breathe in the fresh mountain air—this is your first real taste of the Swiss Alps. Next, you’ll continue to Lauterbrunnen, a valley straight out of a postcard and famous for its dramatic cliffs and cascading waterfalls. Known as the “Valley of Waterfalls,” Lauterbrunnen is home to around 72 waterfalls tumbling down the mountainsides. Enjoy free time for lunch and exploring—walk through the charming village, admire the impressive Staubbach Falls, and soak in the peaceful alpine atmosphere. The journey then leads to Interlaken, the vibrant town set between the sparkling lakes of Thun and Brienz, with the majestic peaks of Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau towering above. Information point	Departure is from Alpenquai, 6005 Luzern (Bus Parking Landenberg). We do not have an office in Lucerne, so please arrive 10 minutes early to check in directly with the Swisstours bus driver wearing a red jacket. The bus will arrive from Zurich. If you are coming from the train station, exit towards the lake and proceed along Bürgenstrasse. When positioned between the Radisson Blu Hotel and the L’Osteria restaurant, turn right onto Werftestrasse. The bus parking area is located adjacent to the Avia gas station.
